Albert is the owner of The Barber Lounge, Albert has been a barber in Fife,Wa since 2015. Albert graduated from Fife High School in 2013. After high school, Albert attended Barber School and has taken advanced education to further his knowledge. Albert tailors every haircut differently to each individual.

Meet Ejaz Ismail, Raised in Fife, Ejaz Ismail, 21, has a passion for sports and community. As a barber, he brings nearly two years of experience as a part-time barista, blending customer service skills with his commitment to making clients look and feel their best. Ejaz’s favorite part of barbering is boosting confidence and helping clients leave with a renewed sense of self-assurance.

Meet Delson, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2021, opening his first shop under Xperience Barbers in Fargo, ND. He went on to launch three barbershops and a barber school in the ND/MN area. Passionate about the business side of barbering, and he values building lasting client relationships. A former collegiate wrestler, Delson also enjoys CrossFit, coaching, and quality time with loved ones.

Meet Cody, a dedicated barber focused on clean cuts, sharp details, and delivering exceptional service every time. Cody’s goal is to become one of the most respected barbers in the game, and Cody takes pride in pushing himself to grow-whether that’s mastering new techniques, evolving his style with the clippers, or staying ahead of trends. Outside the shop, Cody is building his brand through social media, staying active in the gym, and keeping himself surrounded by good energy and family.

Meet Blanco, I’m a barber focused on quality over quantity, customizing every haircut to fit each client. My work is guided by my Christian faith and a commitment to making people feel more confident. I’m a husband and father of two daughters, and 2 dogs. I am an Army veteran born and raised in San Diego.

RJ

RJ brings precision, creativity, and professionalism to every cut. With 1½ years behind the chair, he specializes in shear work and enjoys creating clean, tailored styles that complement each client’s hair and personality. Known for his attention to detail and ability to listen, RJ is focused on making every client feel comfortable, heard, and confident when they leave his chair. Outside the shop, RJ enjoys photography, where he continues to express his creative eye through the lens.
