Delson began his entrepreneurial journey in 2021, opening his first shop under Xperience Barbers in Fargo, ND. He went on to launch three barbershops and a barber school in the ND/MN area. Passionate about the business side of barbering, and he values building lasting client relationships. A former collegiate wrestler, Delson also enjoys CrossFit, coaching, and quality time with loved ones.
